
Dr. Ruben Lambert

Dr. Ruben Lambert is a licensed psychologist (NJ Lic. No. 35SI005107) and a Zen Master in the Korean Zen tradition, where he received the Dharma name Mooh Sang (“Dispeller of Delusion”). He blends Zen philosophy with evidence-based psychology to teach practical strategies for holistic wellness and personal growth.
Dr. Lambert has presented workshops and trainings for schools, healthcare systems, corporations, and legal organizations. His work has reached public school districts, pharmaceutical companies, hospitals, and bar associations, focusing on topics such as resilience, stress reduction, and mindful leadership.
A TEDx speaker, Dr. Lambert has also served as an adjunct professor at Kean University, a school psychologist in Union and Elizabeth, and a clinical psychologist at Trinitas Regional Medical Center. Since 2016, he has led his private practice, Wisdom Spring Wellness Services, and co-hosts the podcast The World Through Zen Eyes, available on all major platforms.

Duteche Aine

Duteche Aine is a bilingual (Haitian Creole and English) Licensed Clinical Social Worker with extensive experience in treating various mental health issues.
He specializes in adolescent issues, stress related disorders, depression, anxiety, ADHD, school challenges, anger management, relationship issues, family, and life transition. Additionally, he works with children diagnosed with autistic disorder (verbal and non-verbal) and is certified in gerontology.
Through the use of a wide array of treatment modalities and a person centered approach, engaging with his clients as they venture through the challenges they face.
If you are a professional seeking career advancement, He also provides clinical supervision for LACs and LSWs.

Margarita Torres

Margarita Torres is a bilingual (Spanish & English) Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of experience in mental health. She provide services to families, individuals, and children from ages 3 and up. Margarita specializes in trauma, depression, anxiety, ADHD, high functioning autism; as well as women’s issues such as loss of pregnancy and issues with fertility. She provides you with support throughout many life events that impact our bodies and our souls. In her practice, she provides a warm, kind and safe space where you can speak freely knowing that you have undivided attention and unbiased support.

Ashley Kondracki

Ashley Kondracki is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified School Counselor in the State of New Jersey. She is a Registered Yoga Teacher 200 hours, with specialty certifications in Ashtanga Vinyasa, Yin Yoga, and training in Pre-Natal Yoga. She is also certified in Breath work, with specialty in Breath Work for trauma and emotional release, and is Reiki III attuned.
Ms. Kondracki has a true passion for growth, and is inspired by her clients and the world around her to help others achieve the greatest expression of themselves, utilizing many modalities of therapy and healing.

Dr. Dominic Canova

Dr. Dominic Canova is a licensed professional counselor specializing in trauma, LGBTQ issues, and anger management. He also has a background in pairing the theatre arts directly with therapy.
He also frequently treats anxiety, depression, adolescents, immigration and acculturation topics, grief and loss, as well as both family and relationship issues.
Dr. Canova practices therapy through a lens that encourages and practices authenticity, assists clients through the process of vulnerability, and embraces connection.

Johanna N. Cedillo

Johanna Cedillo is a Bilingual (Spanish & English) Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified School Counselor that provides services for children, teens, and adults of various levels of psychological functioning. Her ambition is to create a positive and self-affirming lifestyle for her clients, and passionate about helping others in their journey towards healing and acceptance. Her approach is a holistic, client-centered to help best fit the needs of each individual.

Jasmine Bryant

Jasmine Bryant is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker practicing for over 10 years. Her passion is to make wellness services accessible and welcoming for people of all backgrounds. Her approach to therapy is a supportive party to your journey of healing. She is a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, utilizing influence from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy. She is also a Certified Yoga Teacher with additional training in Trauma-Informed Yoga. She practices a client centered approach, where your treatment is guided by your needs and level of comfortability.

Brie Benaquista

Brie Benaquista is a PMHNP-BC, board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner with over a decade of experience. Brie works with children, adolescents, adults, and families and has extensive experience collaborating with school systems to meet the student's needs. Brie provides personalized and individualized care while integrating evidence-based practice for her patients, forming trusting relationships with her patients and families that are collaborative to optimize care. Brie received her BSN cum laude from Jacksonville University, her Post-Baccalaureate from Rutgers University, and her MSN magna cum laude from Husson University.
